Our initial focus on adult mental health foster care is a response to the gaps identified through our collaboration with EOCCO and the Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness. This strategic approach aims to lay the groundwork for future growth and improvements mental health services. By addressing these needs, are committed to enhancing the support system for our members.
